2. Add this Commercial License to your cart. This license applies to ONE clip art set. For additional sets, please purchase additional licenses for each one.

3. Note your business name and for which product you are purchasing the license. If you have previously purchased the clip art set that you intend for this license, please note that you purchased it separately.

With the purchase of this Commercial License, you may use my clip art graphics as part of your products for sale with the following terms:

Each Commercial License applies to a SINGLE clip art set and for up to 1000 sales using that set. If you are using designs from multiple clip art sets, you must purchase a separate Commercial License for each set represented in your product. If you would like to sell more than 1000 units, you will need to contact me for a different price plan. Thank you for your honesty!

The graphics may NOT be used as is, in a stand alone fashion, but rather need to form part of a new design that incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text.

For digital products, the graphics that form part of the new design have to be flattened and uploaded as a background image where the graphics may not be extracted or moved or customized (for example, as .PNG or .JPG files, NOT as layered Photoshop files).

YOU CANNOT claim the artwork as your own, share files, resell as is, redistribute original files, create coloring pages, create rubber stamps from the clip art designs, resell as clip art, digital paper or graphic recourse, offer as freebies, sell as digital collage sheets or sell as layered templates of any kind. Copyright is retained by Heather Tycksen. You many not register as part of an image for copyright with the USPTO.

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS:

You may purchase images on behalf of your client. You may use images to create original graphics or marketing materials (not physical product intended for resale) for one client, with the purchase of a Commercial License. If you would like to use the graphics for another client, you need to repurchase the set and another Commercial License. If your customers plan to sell some products with your design they need to purchase their own Commercial License in my shop.

This license does not include any graphics.
